Key positions included Managing Director, Senior Principal, Strategic Advisor, and National Practice Lead – Executive Career Solutions. Earlier in her career, Lucy held progressively senior HR mandates with Manulife Financial and Ontario Hydro. She graduated with an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor, an MBA from McMaster University, and a PCC Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

As a physician leadership coach, Mona brings deep expertise and a unique perspective to her work. She understands and cares deeply about the challenges healthcare leaders face, having faced many of these challenges and successfully navigated them herself. She has effected enhancements through program development and innovation, mentorship and coaching, and certification in physician coaching. Mona has been an internal coach and mentor to faculty and trainees for almost 30 years.
Mona offers individual and peer group coaching to support healthcare leaders to leverage their clinical experience at the leadership table. Dana is a recognized Leadership Coach and Consultant who has worked with clients and their teams at the Executive level. She started her career in the Canadian Navy, holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander. She later spent thirteen years at Bombardier Aerospace where she led the Global Organizational and Leadership Development Practice. Since 2012 Dana has focused her leadership expertise within a coaching and consultant capacity.
Fully bilingual in English and French, Dana brings a pragmatic and business-oriented approach to coaching and team effectiveness. Her extensive background in culture transformation, organizational development, succession planning and facilitation brings rigor, depth, and insight to her individual leadership and team coaching.
Dana’s coaching mandates include preparing high potential leaders for succession into more senior roles, accelerating competency development and performance coaching. As a team coach, she has done diagnostics for executive teams related to issues such as communication, decision-making, conflict management, accountability, and commitment.
